MUNICIPAL CREMATORIUM DRESDEN-TOLKEWITZ

Bodies from various prisons and concentration camps were cremated in Dresden-Tolkewitz between 1938 and 1945. This included dead prisoners from Sachsenhausen sub camp Schwarzheide.

The names of 33 prisoners were recorded in the registry of the municipal crematroium Dresden Tolkewitz as being from the FLossenburg sub camp of Zschachwitz.

In addition from this sub camp:

a) 10 prisoners were buried in Johannisfreidhof in Dresden

b) 45 prisoners were buried in the Stephanus-Friedhof in Zschachwitz

c) 5 prisoners were buried in the cemetary Christusgemeinde in Heidenau
