MUNICIPAL CREMATORIUM STRASCHNITZ

Between 20 March 1944 and 26 March 1945 19 dead prisoners of the Flossenburg sub camp of Hradischko were transported by truck to the municipal crematorium in Prague ( Straschnitz) their bodies burned and ashes scattered. The dead were registered in the records of Flossenburg.

Bodies of the Flossenburg sub camp of Janowitz were taken to Straschnitz for cremation. Towards the end of the war bodies were buried in graves.
